As a Personal Assistant, you will support a founder by taking ownership of personal life admin and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a broad, hands-on role that combines personal assistant support with general administrative and office coordination.
Requirements
- Experience in a PA, EA, office management, workplace experience, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a highly organized and meticulous approach to managing moving pieces.
- Strong judgment and resourcefulness across a variety of tasks, including scheduling, logistics, coordination, and general admin.
- Ability to operate with low touch support, taking ownership of tasks and driving them through to completion.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to clarify, prioritize, and follow through effectively.
- A practical level of familiarity with areas like accounting, finance-related coordination, or personal admin workflows.
- A proactive, sharp, and dependable working style, with the adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in improving processes and using automation or AI tools to streamline repeatable work.
