Part-time Operations and Delivery Lead

A part-time Operations and Delivery Lead is needed to support the CEO and GM in a growing Irish 3PL fulfillment company. The role involves taking strategic direction and turning it into action, facilitating workshops, and driving progress. Key responsibilities include active delivery, workshop facilitation, decision unblocking, project leadership, and operational impact.

Requirements

• 4–8 years' experience in operations, delivery, management consulting, or a similar hands-on role
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Google Suite, and Microsoft tools
• Facilitation skills, proven ability to command a room (or a Zoom call) and drive groups toward decisions
• Commercial judgement, strong business acumen including an understanding of margins and commercial trade-offs
• Adaptability, experience working at pace while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working effectively in a remote/distributed team
• Availability for 15–20 hours per week, working hours within 1–3 hours of Ireland (GMT/IST)
