We're on a mission to make pre-owned the new norm. Since our beginnings in 2004 as trade-a-game-GmbH, we've been passionate about giving used products a second life. What started with a focus on computer and console games quickly expanded, leading to our renaming as rebuy. We believe that good used products deserve better than a dusty drawer or, worse, the bin. Inspired by the message that we can't keep producing new things indefinitely, we became pioneers in the German recommerce market, championing a more responsible way to use our resources. Today, we're proud to be one of the largest used dealers globally, offering a wide range of items from smartphones and laptops to books and video games.

Our journey began in a shared flat in Berlin's Kreuzberg district, and while the founders' living situation has changed, our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction has only grown stronger. We now operate in seven countries, including our home market of Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. We attribute our success to always listening to our customers' needs and ensuring they receive high-quality used goods without compromise. That's why we offer a 36-month warranty on electronic items purchased from us. Our dedicated teams, from our tech hub in Kreuzberg to our logistics center in Berlin-Rudow and our quality assessment facility in Poznan, Poland, all work together to ensure a seamless experience. We're constantly innovating, like with our advanced grading center for smartphones, to set industry standards.
