United States onlyReal is a fast-growing global real estate brokerage powered by technology and driven by people. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead key strategic initiatives that support our Brokerage, Mortgage, and Title businesses.
Requirements
- Strong leadership presence with ability to lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders, designers, and engineers
- Ability to lead development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Strong communication and organizational skills operating at a variety of levels and stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree required. Masters in Computer Science or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven companies.
- Technical competence & strong analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, agile environment
- Understanding of residential real estate transaction details strongly preferred
- Experience working on internal and/or B2B platforms as well as consumer-facing products (preferred)
- Start-up experience and passion for residential real estate (preferred)
