We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Hyperautomation Specialist to join our team.

Strategic leader who orchestrates the implementation of hyperautomation across the organization, combining RPA, AI/ML, process mining, low-code platforms, and analytics to automate as many processes as possible in an intelligent and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Define and execute the enterprise hyperautomation strategy.
✅ Evaluate and select the optimal technology stack (RPA + AI + low-code)
✅ Lead digital transformation based on intelligent automation.
✅ Implement process mining to uncover opportunities.
✅ Design a comprehensive automation architecture.
✅ Manage the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
✅ Create automation and prioritization roadmaps.
✅ Measure the ROI and business value of initiatives.

Requirements:

✅In-depth knowledge of multiple automation technologies.
✅RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

✅AI/ML applications in automation.

✅Process mining (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio).
✅Low-code platforms (Mendix, OutSystems, Power Platform).
✅iPaaS solutions (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
✅BPM suites (Pega, Appian).
✅Enterprise architecture.
✅Change management and organizational transformation.
✅Business case development and return on investment analysis
