The successful candidate will be responsible for improving conversion rates, revenue per session, and product discoverability, and will lead onsite testing strategy and collaborate with marketplace sellers.
Requirements
- Proven track record in retail visual merchandising
- Deep understanding of brand management
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively
- Expertise in e-commerce merchandising tools (such as Shopify or Klevu)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and GrowthBook
