SmartEquip is seeking a high-performing Strategic Account Manager to expand our presence across the UK and wider European market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within construction tech, equipment rental, supply chain, procurement, or industrial software.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into European markets (UK + EU preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling abilities and comfort engaging with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-starter mindset with strong territory discipline.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
