Blockchain Developer (Remote)

About the Role:
Rather Labs is building innovative blockchain solutions for global users. We’re looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to design and implement secure smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity/Ethereum)

• Build and maintain decentralized applications

• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain solutions

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Experience with Solidity and Ethereum or similar blockchain platforms

• Knowledge of smart contract security best practices

• Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar frameworks

• Strong problem-solving and coding skills

Bonus:

• Experience with Layer-2 solutions or other blockchain networks

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
