We are looking for an experienced Account Manager in India to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, develop our business and make the travel world better together!

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts through regular communication, proactive engagement, and attentive support.
  • Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services to meet client needs and maximize revenue generation.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring their voices are heard in product development and service enhancements.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, working closely with internal teams to address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with their business objectives, leveraging Ratehawk's products and services to drive mutual success.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proactively offering recommendations to optimize outcomes.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Fluency in Hindi & English, other languages as a plus.
  • Readiness for business trips.
