We are looking for an experienced Account Manager in India to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, develop our business and make the travel world better together!
Job Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts through regular communication, proactive engagement, and attentive support.
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services to meet client needs and maximize revenue generation.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring their voices are heard in product development and service enhancements.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, working closely with internal teams to address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with their business objectives, leveraging Ratehawk's products and services to drive mutual success.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proactively offering recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Fluency in Hindi & English, other languages as a plus.
- Readiness for business trips.
