Ramp is seeking a Head of Solutions to lead and develop our technical go-to-market teams across all customer segments. This is a 3rd-line management position overseeing managers in Solutions Consulting (pre-sales) and Technical Consulting (post-sales).
Requirements
- 10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or related sales and technical roles
- 5+ years leading managers and multi-layer teams in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments
- Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting workflows, ERP platforms, and the integration methods that connect them
- Proven ability to guide complex evaluations involving technical, financial, and operational stakeholders across multiple customer segments
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to CFOs, controllers, CTOs, and other senior leaders and earning trust in executive settings
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling technical organizations defining frameworks and operating structures that improve deal velocity and solution consistency
- Ability to use data and systems to manage team performance, forecast coverage needs, and assess solution quality
- A track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams and driving effective org design
- Experience leading or partnering with Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or partner-led implementation teams
- Proven ability to influence product and integration development through feedback from pre-sales, post-sales, and partner channels
