Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:The Director of Strategic Finance is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, long-term planning, and business performance analysis. This individual will partner with senior executives to provide insights and recommendations that support corporate growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. - Leads financial planning and analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Develops and manage financial models for long-term forecasting, budgeting, and return on investments.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Drives strategic initiatives, including operational initiatives, investment evaluations, and market expansion.
- Monitors and assesses key financial metrics and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
- Serves as area CFO to Chief Development Officer and Sr VP Corporate Strategy and Development
- Optimizes financial processes and systems to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision support.
- Assists in preparation of board presentations and investor materials as needed
- Partners with various business units to ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with large data sets and applying them to practical solutions
- Experience in healthcare preferred
