Rad AI is a healthcare AI company transforming the industry with its AI-driven solutions. We're looking for a Market Development Representative to join our team and drive growth through outreach and engagement with radiology groups and health systems.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a Sales, Sales Development or Business Development role (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex or technical sales environments
- Familiarity with healthcare industry (radiology added bonus)
- Proven track record of booking meetings and generating qualified opportunities for a sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Outreach, etc.)
- Strong research skills
- Tenacious self-starter
