Key Responsibilities•Contributes to solution of straightforward business problems regarding operations, products, services or customers. •Analyzes information, asks questions and checks for understanding using standard procedures within the job family. •Applies acquired skills and experience to complete moderately complex, but routine tasks. •Continues to develop expertise. •-visual analysis for stakeholders •-adhoc reporting •-requirements gathering •-provide recommendations to business leaders
Knowledge• Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. May suggest • improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. •Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. •Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. •Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions or to recommend alternative resolutions. •Working knowledge of principles and methods within own job family/discipline. •Working knowledge of the company, products, services and customers. •Understands key drivers of success in functional area and uses this understanding to accomplish own work. •Strong skills in understanding, manipulating, and analyzing data, and who can facilitate data driven decisions. •Ability to drive interactive business intelligence and reports that encourage business literacy, curiosity, and meaningful optimizations. •Strong spreadsheet skillset: Advanced Excel proficiency is a requirement. Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau and/or Looker. •Experience with self-service data processing tools (SQL, R, Python) and/or cloud-based data processing tools. Flexible, able to persevere in a fast-paced work environment, and willing to seek new ways to look at data. •Understanding of statistical principles and concepts. •Experience working with subscription-oriented datasets. •Experience communicating data driven insights to senior management. An ability to verbally communicate highly technical concepts to, at times, non-technical audiences. Agile experience a must, sAFE a plus.
