As our Excellence Management Operations Lead you will manage quality auditing workflows and practices for the departments and processes you oversee. Every day you will work with peers in India and the Philippines to ensure a cohesive approach and execution of audits performed, provide clear communication on department processes and Excellence Management performance expectations, and mentor Excellence Management Specialists on job performance and growth paths. To thrive in this role, you must have excellent time management skills, ability to pay attention to detail, and a general knowledge of Patient Facing Shared Services Processes.
Here’s what you will experience working as an Excellence Management Operations Lead:
Partner with global EM leaders on auditing practices.
Maintain and update reporting rosters and audit schedules.
Identify training and operational process opportunities and work with respective stakeholders to execute.
Complete calibrations on EM Specialists.
Review and respond to all disputes and query in the appropriate timeframe.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience with Quality Auditing.
General knowledge of Patent Facing Shared Services processes.
Experience in Excel, Power BI, or other related analytical tools.
