At Quorum, our "product" isn't just our software; it’s our people. As a Sales Operations Analyst reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for administering and improving the Salesforce instance while supporting all revenue-generating functions to drive business growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality and system efficiency to make it easier for the organization to sell.
The Impact You’ll Have
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you are the technical anchor for our revenue teams. You will manage data systems and streamline workflows to ensure the organization operates at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for the health of our CRM, from maintaining day-to-day support SLAs to executing high-level strategic system improvements that enhance the experience for all team members.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Maintenance: Administer the Salesforce instance by handling incoming maintenance requests and managing minor enhancements while maintaining an agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).
System Optimization: Partner with Sales Operations leadership to streamline Salesforce architecture, reduce technical debt, and convert legacy processes into modern Salesforce Flows.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Perform complex analyses using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Excel to identify acquisition and retention trends, conveying results through digestible visualizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance to identify operational problems and own the end-to-end execution of solutions.
Process Modeling: Rebuild and refine account scoring models to determine which inputs have the greatest impact on customer acquisition and retention.
Technical Documentation: Author and maintain a comprehensive technical documentation knowledge base for the entire revenue technology stack.
About You
The Experience: You have 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Sales Analyst role, preferably within a SaaS company.
The Tech Expert: You have a deep understanding of CRM architecture; a Salesforce certification is considered a major plus.
Front Line Support: You have a proven track record of being the front line of support for sales reps, addressing their technical hurdles in real-time to keep the revenue engine moving.
The Communicator: You are confident translating complex technical features into measurable business impact for leadership and can lead training sessions on new system processes.
The "People Person": You establish rapport with ease—whether in-person or online—and naturally channel empathy into effective advocacy for our internal users' needs.
Tech-Passionate: You love teaching people how technology can solve their everyday problems and make their professional lives better.
Civic-Minded: You’re excited by the opportunity to impact politics and public affairs; perhaps you’ve worked on a campaign or are a self-proclaimed "news junkie.
