Location & Remote Work

Our people team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces.

Stages of the Selection Process

Our selection process currently lasts an average of 30-40 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

  • Interview with recruiter
  • Interview with tech HRBP / other HR stakeholder
  • Interview with business stakeholder
  • Interview with Hiring Manager


As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:

Join our Global Talent Attraction team, dedicated to assisting QuintoAndar in its recruitment and Employer Branding initiatives. Our objective is to aid our leaders in attracting top talents in the market, fostering diversity, and enhancing the strength of our skilled team through an effective and top-tier hiring process.

Our motivation stems from the conviction that the correct talent can propel our company to unprecedented success. We take pride in our close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization, guaranteeing a smooth and outstanding experience for both potential candidates and existing employees.

In this opportunity your main responsibilities will be:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment processes for our Product and Technology teams;
  • Ensure a high bar and quality in our recruitment process within the recruiting team;
  • Partner with HRBPs to provide consultant insights regarding organizational structure, hiring plan, offers, and market context;
  • Initiate and develop strong relationships with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data stakeholders to understand and assist with their Talent Acquisition needs;
  • Organize and prioritize effectively to ensure the timely completion of all team responsibilities;
  • Communicate our recruitment goals and objectives to the team to assess the effectiveness of recruitment plans;
  • Prepare reports to display tasks in progress and the candidate pipeline;
  • Manage vacancy distribution and ensure optimal efforts from recruiters to deliver results
  • Build networks to identify the best senior candidates;
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures;
  • Create and iterate processes to enhance the experiences of candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle;
  • Train and coordinate recruiters, developing their skills in the end-to-end recruitment processes for the technical and product functional areas. This includes role debriefing, offer management, pipeline building, and talent attraction strategies;
  • Partner with employer branding team to create talent attraction initiatives;
  • Develop strong external knowledge of the Engineering market to provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a full-cycle recruiter for Tech, including senior roles;
  • Proven work experience with people management;
  • Experience working in data-driven environments, creating reports for business;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English;
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience;
  • Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
