Location & Remote Work

Our technology team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

Responsabilities of a Data Analytics Senior Manager at Grupo QuintoAndar:

You will be fully responsible for the analytics strategy and org structure within a business context. This means, we expect you to:

• Engage with other senior managers or heads within you business context to align strategy and org structure;
• Deeply understand business and identify opportunities to generate value with data and decision making;
• Work alongside leaders to define ambitious goals and aim at the best they can achieve;
• Coach to other leaders and ensure they keep developing the skills they need to be even greater leaders;
• Support career development within the team;
• Build a great team by both recruiting great talent and helping them grow

Requirements

• You are pragmatic and data driven problem solver.

• You have experience leading large teams and managing careers;
• You think outside of the box and are never constrained by the status-quo.

• You know SQL, enough to query a database and extract value from it.

We may like you even better if you:

• Have a Business, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics background.

• Have experience in working at fast-growing startups.
