Responsibilities

  • Handle complex billing matters in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Spreadsheet Billing
  • Tracking completion (shared sheet)
  • Overseeing team (issues, meetings w cust/CC, updating templates/spreadsheets)
  • Daily BR (overseeing team)
  • · nniv. Batches, scheduling BRs
  • Monthly BR
  • Coordinating with call team for batch schedule
  • Coordinating with M&A for acquisition batches
  • Print file
  • Batch Review
  • Batch Movements (autopay, acquisition, into normal population)
  • Following email schedule during BR week
  • Usage BR (EOM)
  • Equipment purchases (EOM, run by D#)
  • MTA (EOM)
  • Intercompany accounts write-off (EOM)
  • IT Coordination
  • Testing (paper fee, late fee, scheduling BRs etc)
  • Qinvoice/subscription billing issues

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Zuora experience a plus
  • Strong Leadership skills a must
  • Ability to take the Lead
  • Solid team player with outstanding integrity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented, results-driven environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
