Responsibilities
- Handle complex billing matters in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Spreadsheet Billing
- Tracking completion (shared sheet)
- Overseeing team (issues, meetings w cust/CC, updating templates/spreadsheets)
- Daily BR (overseeing team)
- · nniv. Batches, scheduling BRs
- Monthly BR
- Coordinating with call team for batch schedule
- Coordinating with M&A for acquisition batches
- Print file
- Batch Review
- Batch Movements (autopay, acquisition, into normal population)
- Following email schedule during BR week
- Usage BR (EOM)
- Equipment purchases (EOM, run by D#)
- MTA (EOM)
- Intercompany accounts write-off (EOM)
- IT Coordination
- Testing (paper fee, late fee, scheduling BRs etc)
- Qinvoice/subscription billing issues
Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Zuora experience a plus
- Strong Leadership skills a must
- Ability to take the Lead
- Solid team player with outstanding integrity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented, results-driven environment
- Strong work ethic
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
