The Project Controls Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction labor, procurement, engineering, and owners cost for projects. This role involves analyzing project requirements, developing cost models, and collaborating with project teams to ensure project estimates align with scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
- 7+ years of tangible experience in utility estimating space.
