Product Owner

Quarks is a technology company that creates niche products in the sphere of Social Discovery & Relationship Wellness. We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to be the owner of the product cycle, which provides measurable benefits to users, demonstrates high retention and engagement, and has a healthy unit economy.

Requirements

• Determine the product direction: which requests we serve, what the user should get, which experiments we conduct – and after each, make a decision: scale, close, or change direction
• Build a product cycle and maintain the rhythm: a sequence of hypotheses, clear metrics before starting each test, diagnosis of failures at levels – AI quality, mechanism, output product or request
• Work with Technical PM: you determine what and for whom, he is responsible for how – coordination of developers, deadlines
• Work with AI-team: set quality criteria for responses, diagnose failures, iterate on quality – do not delegate this to developers
• Analyze data independently: cohorts, funnel, retention in Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA4, SQL at basic and medium level
