The ideal candidate for this role has a strong grasp of current marketing tools, SEO best practices, and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, internal departments, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. At Qgiv you will be a part of the conversation, working with a variety of teams to implement new marketing activities to drive demand generation and customer engagement.

- Contribute to marketing goals, increasing new MQL acquisition, and SQL conversion rates
- Improve website traffic by 10% for four consecutive quarters
- Increase web referral traffic by 10% each quarter
- Analyze and improve integrated marketing campaigns by providing a positive ROI

What to Expect
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, database marketing, display advertising campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Identify content gaps and drive content strategy with vendors and internal teams to execute and generate website traffic
- Coordinate guest posts and backlinking strategies to build website authority
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Oversee blog maintenance and updates working in coordination with web development
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
Requirements
What you need to be successful
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, SEM, database marketing, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate users
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and behavior funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
- Working knowledge of sales serving tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads, SEO, and PPC campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
