Oracle Tech Lead

As a Technical Lead you will work alongside a team of Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, and Software Engineers in a distributed Agile team, delivering high quality solutions. Youll ensure delivery meets the standards set out for our Domain in both technical execution and the process and practices we follow. As an Oracle Platform lead, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery from our Oracle Identity Access Management Platform.

As the Oracle Identity Platform Technical Lead, you have the unique position of understanding our primary customers delivery teams and developers across Suncorp. Your purpose is to use this position to help drive, maintain, and improve the services for our customers that are provided by Oracle Identity Access Management Platform.

What you'll do:

• Lead the technical design and input for Oracle Platform Solutions in close liaison with Solution and Enterprise architects
• Lead and grow a technical capability within Oracle Identity Platform to support uplift of development processes and capability
• Influence Oracle Identity Platform decisions to ensure ways of working of the team can meet business needs
• Guide technical decisions in line with the Strategic and Product Roadmap
• Collaborate effectively across teams to remove technical roadblocks and support delivery decision making
• Demonstrate an understanding of risk frameworks and promote visibility of potential operational/technical risks
• Demonstrate an understanding of SDLC Framework and ensure development and deployment activities comply to Security standards
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure System Health Assessments, DR activities and other risk mitigation activities are done on time and per standards

What you'll bring

• 10+ years experience in software engineering / technology
• Advanced experience across Oracle Identity Access Management Platform is mandatory
• Strong development experience with OIM and OAM
• Good experience in delivering projects and production support on Oracle Platform
• Experience with Axway and ForgeRock is desirable
• Development experience in various programming languages like Java, Groovy, Java script, Spring boot API, Python, shell scripting etc.
• Experience with; Axway API Gateway, AWS, Apache Tomcat, F5
