The ideal candidate has experience in lab operations, regulatory compliance, and workforce leadership, and can drive quality, scalability, and efficiency in a high-growth diagnostics environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in diagnostics or clinical laboratory operations
- At least 5 years in a senior multi-site leadership role
- Proven success managing operations across 5 or more labs within the U.S.
- Deep knowledge of CLIA, CAP, FDA, and state regulatory requirements
- Experience establishing and scaling operational processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset and operational discipline
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
