Technogym is looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, provide a premium customer experience, and manage logistics and stock optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and empathy.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM management.
- Analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
- Fluency in English (preferred).
