As a Country Manager UK/IE for Berlin Acoustics, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners, expanding market presence in the UK and Ireland, and driving revenue growth through sales activity, trade fairs, and events.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales within the UK or Ireland
- Experience in partnership management, key account management or B2B sales, ideally within the office furniture sector or on the manufacturer side
- Strong communication skills and a structured and reliable way of working
- Ability to use CRM systems such as Odoo or similar
- Willingness to travel within the UK (around 20%)
- Experience in organising events, trade fairs or similar customer-facing activities
- Fluent or native-level English; German is an advantage
