About the Role
A Visionscaper is responsible for conceiving and generating engaging and innovative multimodal generative AI content leveraging a state-of-the-art AI-driven platform. This role reimagines the job of Director for an AI-augmented world and requires a blend of creative and tech abilities to generate and refine AI outputs and work with teammates to create and deliver GenAI contemporary short-form content (Microdramas, Web Series, Creator Content, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate content with AI: Use inhouse media studio platform to produce original text, images, videos, and other assets.
- Responsible AI: Foundational understanding of the principles of Responsible AI, including concepts like fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
- AI innovation: Work with technical teams to help bring more AI capabilities into the multimodal generative AI content generation workflow by helping develop policies, guardrails, creation prompts, validation prompts, and agentic architectures that become force multipliers for the entire team.
- Prompt engineering: Develop and refine specific prompts and instructions for AI tools to ensure the generated content is high-quality, relevant, and consistent with the brand's style.
- Character, Location, and Keyframe creation: Build input images for AI video generation using prompts and/or sketches.
- Familiarity with filmmaking or animation: Understand traditional foundations, principles and procedures of producing filmed entertainment, especially serialized short form content.
- Edit and refine AI-generated content: Conduct human review and editing of AI drafts to enhance quality, add nuanced or creative elements, and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketers, designers, and subject-matter experts to align AI-assisted content with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Learning Agility: Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies, platforms, and complex processes. Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI creative tools, best practices, and licensing policies.
Requirements
- Basic experience in writing and/or directing film, TV, or digital video production, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in using AI-based content creation tools
- Picture and/or sound editing experience a plus
- Understanding of content production principles and workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
