What you'll be involved in

Shape & grow the practice

You'll help shape where the Modern Workplace practice goes next. That means evolving our service offering, mentoring talented team members, building reusable frameworks and accelerators, and ensuring we stay aligned to the evolving roadmap and ecosystem around automation and modern work.

Be a trusted advisor to customers

You'll work directly with leading organisations globally - mapping business needs, designing scalable solutions, facilitating workshops, and guiding stakeholders through complex transformation.

Getting hands-on

You'll still design solutions, validate architecture, review deliverables, and bring thought leadership to engagements. But you'll balance this with coaching others to do the same.

Drive consulting excellence & commercial outcomes

You'll shape proposals, pricing, estimates, SoWs, and delivery approaches - helping us win the right work and deliver it well. You'll also be a key escalation point when tricky situations emerge.

The experience you'll bring

We're looking for someone with depth, credibility, and practical leadership experience:

• Deep expertise in professional services / consulting-based organisations
• Demonstrable history of leading people and delivery teams
• Strong consulting background in the Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace ecosystem
• Experience designing and delivering solutions across M365, workflow automation, governance, portals, information management, identity/security alignment etc.
• Proven experience shaping proposals, SoWs, estimates, and delivery approaches
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern consulting delivery
• Business analysis competence and the ability to simplify complex ideas for senior stakeholders
• A genuine drive to coach, mentor and uplift others

If you've worked across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Nintex (or similar), M365 security/compliance, or employee experience tooling - even better.
