Calling All Tax Accountants (Who Hate Tax Season!): ProvenCFO Needs You!
Are you known in your group of friends as the "Tax Guru", but you detest the long hours that usually roll around first quarter of every year? Are you an entrepreneur at heart, itching to build something awesome from the ground up?
Then ditch the long hours and join us at ProvenCFO!
We're not like any accounting firm you've ever worked for.
We don't care where you went to school.
We are VERY tech centric and forward-thinking, so bring your A game.
We believe in work-life balance (seriously, we do!), and we're on the hunt for a Tax Jedi Master (or Padawan, we're flexible!) to launch our Tax Team.
This is your chance to:
- Become the Michelangelo of Tax Forms: Craft beautiful, efficient systems that make filing taxes feel like a victory lap, not a marathon.
- Assemble Your Dream Team: Recruit and train future tax whizzes, fostering a collaborative environment that's as fun as it is productive.
- Be the Boss (Without the Boss Headaches): This is your chance to build a department that reflects your unique style and expertise.
Bonus points if you:
- Can explain deductions without making people's eyes glaze over (think Jedi mind tricks, but with tax code).
- Believe that spreadsheets can be beautiful (seriously, they can!).
- Have a contagious enthusiasm for all things tax-related (or at least a good sense of humor).
This ain't your grandpa's tax gig. We're building something special, and we need someone who's ready to take charge and make it happen. Are you in?
This will be a crawl, walk, run scenario, starting as a contract role.

Bonus points for:
