Prosper CFO

Prosper CFO provides fractional CFO services to businesses that need financial leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive. The company specializes in transforming finance functions from back-office obligations into strategic assets that drive profitability and growth.

Their approach centers on what they call the 'Financial Operating System' - a repeatable framework designed to deliver measurable results within 60 days. Prosper CFO works with owner-led businesses struggling with limited accounting support, fledgling leadership teams dealing with underperforming finance functions, and mid-market companies scaling or preparing for exit with internal teams that cannot meet complex demands.

The company emphasizes that they provide real CFO-level leadership, not just another seat to manage. Their team combines strategic direction, proven processes, capable controllers and analysts, and modern technology to help clients achieve financial clarity and confidence. Testimonials indicate measurable outcomes, including significant increases in cash balances and transitions from operating losses to profitability.

Based in Austin, Texas, Prosper CFO serves clients primarily in the Central Texas region with phone support available weekdays from 9am to 5pm.
