Product Owner, Event Technology who leads the strategic and day-to-day management of PMI’s digital event platform.
Requirements
- Senior level Digital Experience Owner with deep understanding of Product Design and Digital strategies.
- 5+ years in digital product management or digital experience roles, preferably in events, platforms, or e-commerce.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing agile teams and digital products in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of digital event delivery models, UX design, and cross-platform integration.
- Demonstrated strength in partnering across leadership, marketing, portfolio leaders, product managers, and product owners.
- Proven ability to drive both strategic vision and detailed execution.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation for cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and UX.
- Demonstrated leadership in backlog grooming, story writing, and sprint planning.
- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering business value and excellent user experiences.
- Proficient in tools for visual documentation such as Miro or Visio to map data flows, workflows, and customer journeys.
- Experience defining and documenting data inputs/outputs, integrations, and success criteria for APIs and third-party platforms.
