We are looking for you as a working student (gn) in Recruiting inour HR team at our headquarters in Fulda.

Your Role

• You will support us throughout the entire application and hiring process: from job posting to onboarding
• You will create new job postings and select suitable recruiting channels
• You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• You will help maintain our applicant management system (HR tool Personio)
• After comprehensive training, you will take on independent responsibility for selected positions and accompany the entire application process
• If necessary, you will approach top talent through active sourcing
• In addition, you will proactively support us in our day-to-day business and gain insights into international HR work

Your Skills

• You are preferably studying economics, psychology, or a similar subject, ideally with a focus on human resources, marketing, or communication
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in international recruiting and have found your professional goal in this field
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• You are a team player, work independently, and are reliable
• You are communicative, open-minded, and show initiative
• You have a keen interest in recruiting and enjoy thinking outside the box in the field of human resources
