Data Delivery Manager

ProArch is a leading software development and consultancy firm specializing in data-driven solutions. We partner with clients in the USA to design and deliver innovative data products and services. We are seeking a Data Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of data projects for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of data projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of data projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, including task breakdowns, resource allocations, and dependencies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the data or technology industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in Azure Synapse, Agile project management and Delivery, financial control of project.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts and technologies, including data integration, ETL, data warehousing, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile principles and practices is a plus
• PMP or other project management certifications preferred
