About the Role:
As a Principal Technical Program Manager you will lead and execute transformative programs that shape the future of fintech. As a senior technical leader, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure strategic alignment across engineering, product, compliance, and business units. Your ability to deliver complex, large-scale programs will be instrumental in advancing innovation, scaling operations, and establishing Priority Technology Holdings as a market leader. This role demands strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and deep technical expertise to navigate complex challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership:
- Spearhead major organizational programs with wide-reaching impacts, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex fintech initiatives.
- Establish and refine best practices for program management, setting benchmarks for operational excellence.
Technical and Business Alignment:
- Act as a strategic leader across engineering, product, compliance, and other business units, driving alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable and executable program roadmaps, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and clarity.
- Drive technical decision-making, balancing innovation with scalability and operational feasibility.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate trusted relationships with executives, customers, and external partners to ensure alignment, advocacy, and resource support for critical initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, delivering regular updates, insights, and recommendations to top-level stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Streamline processes and workflows across interrelated projects to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery.
- Implement scalable program and portfolio management practices that enhance organizational agility and responsiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
Program Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting frameworks to provide real-time insights into program performance and progress.
- Leverage data-driven metrics to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform strategic decision-making.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous feedback within the program management team.

Candidate Requirements:
- 10-12 Years of experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment.
- Mastery of Agile methodologies and experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
- PMP, PgMP, or other advanced program management certifications.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range: $175,000 - $199,000
