Summary:

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to guide a growing team of developers and engineers in India. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people and process management, ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and with technical excellence.

As the Tech Lead, you’ll lead a cross-functional development team, mentor engineers, and work closely with global stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals. You’ll set engineering standards, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across your team.

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:

• Lead a team of full stack, DevOps, and AI engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, and project delivery in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Ensure engineering best practices, scalable architecture, and clean, maintainable code.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, documentation, and cross-team communication.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical plans.
• Partner with leadership on roadmap prioritization, resource planning, and hiring.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and delivery bottlenecks proactively.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Work Skills and Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of total experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
• Strong technical background in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or similar full-stack environment.
• Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Excellent people leadership skills — coaching, feedback, and team development.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Education, Credentials,and Experience:

• Experience with AI or agentic development environments (LangChain, LLM integrations).
• Exposure to security-focused or SaaS product development.
• Familiarity with performance metrics, engineering OKRs, or operational dashboards.
• Prior experience in startup or fast-scaling tech teams.
