As an AI Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents that can plan, reason, and take autonomous actions. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to bring cutting-edge LLM and multi-agent frameworks into production, optimizing for performance, scalability, and real-world reliability.
EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:
• Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI systems using LLM-based architectures (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex).• Develop agents capable of reasoning, tool-use, and autonomous task execution.• Integrate AI systems into existing applications and back-end infrastructure.• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for domain-specific use cases.• Build pipelines for prompt orchestration, memory management, and task planning.• Collaborate with full-stack engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.• Stay ahead of emerging trends in agent frameworks, vector databases, and model evaluation.Work Skills and Qualifications:
• 2–6 years of experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Developer working with LLM-based systems.• Proven experience building agentic AI applications or multi-agent workflows.• Proficiency with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related frameworks.• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB).• Experience integrating APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, HuggingFace, etc.).• Strong grounding in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and model evaluation.• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable AI deployment.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Education, Credentials,and Experience:
