- Conducting keyword research to optimize content for search engines
- Writing compelling copy that engages readers and encourages them to take action
- Utilizing best practices in order to increase website traffic
- Editing existing content as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging copy
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to web writing and blog posts
- - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs
- - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- - Experience working with software as a service (SaaS) companies preferred
