Join PRA Group as a Collections Operations Analyst - Reporting & Insights and build process monitoring for multiple underlying processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Works with stakeholders to gather requirements, performs scoping and delivers projects to provide meaningful data analysis for decision making and recommends solutions to improve process capability and reduce rework.
Requirements
- Providing complex data analysis and reporting using various data visualization tools
- Serving as a Project Manager on various reporting initiatives
- Identifying trends and using a data-based approach to recommend opportunities for efficiencies
- Supporting business improvements that reduce expenditures and increase profitability
- Providing data for formulating and implementing strategic inventory selection and flow control plans and roadmaps
- Providing process deep dive analysis for third-party agency management operations and initiatives
- Assisting with analytics, metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making
- Forecasts performance by creating performance and accountability reports and monitors efficiency
- Analyzing report usage and performance
- Presents and trains employees on new reports
- Assists senior leaders in the allocation workloads across multiple sites and programs
