We are looking for a Partner Manager to build, develop, and manage a high-performing network of resellers, system integrators, MSPs, and specialized advisory houses in DACH and selected European markets. The role is responsible for identification, approach, and acquisition of new channel partners, building and structuring the Tresorit partner program, and systematic enablement of partners.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development in a B2B SaaS/IT security environment
- Proof of an active network of relevant partners (resellers, MSPs, system integrators, security/compliance consultations) in DACH and possibly other European countries
- Success story in building and scaling partner revenue
- Strong sales skills (prospecting, qualification, closing, negotiation) in indirect sales
- High self-motivation, independent, and structured work style, and the ability to manage multiple partner accounts in parallel
- Verbal and written fluency in German and good English
