Requirements
- Experience hiring forward deployed talent and building those teams from scratch
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically hiring for highly technical roles within product and engineering teams
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical skills and prior experience creating recruitment reports
- Hands-on expertise with modern recruiting tools and platforms
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
