Marketing (Field) Internship (Must be based in the U.S.)

PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants that carry on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. Our voice assistants understand customers, regardless of what they say or how they say it. We serve enterprises where customer conversation is an important part of doing business. Our customers include some of the leading names in banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.
Our enterprise clients deploy PolyAI voice assistants to cut down on wait times and free up live staff to focus on calls requiring empathy and judgment. As a result, our enterprise clients see improved customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational efficiency.

Expected pay: $16 per hour, remote employees must be based within the US

Hours: 20 hours per week

Employment duration: Temporary or seasonal

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our US-based Marketing team to assist with events and all other areas of marketing, including Demand Generation. This role will support all of PolyAI’s marketing and operations functions, focusing on events led by our NY-based Head of Events. This includes planning, coordination, and on-site support for events in the US and UK as needed. This role is meant to be a growth opportunity for someone who wants to work in marketing as they move forward with their career.

Requirements

• Assist with event research and key accounts for sales and marketing teams
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations team to ensure everyone knows their roles and responsibilities at events
• Assist with maintaining calendars for events (social media, campaigns)
• Ensure proper delivery, set up, break down, and storage of PolyAI trade show marketing materials
• Work with shipping, courier, and other event support vendors to get items where they need to go
• Work with Head of Events in preparing event briefings and ensure all checklist tasks are completed for events
• Run all pre + post event lists through Zoominfo for contact details in list upload format
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the marketing team (includes help with marketing content, product marketing, demand gen)
