The opportunity:
We are seeking to recruit a temporary Commercial Admin to provide administration support to the Sales and Commercial department, the main role being processing orders for the department.
Location & Hours:
The role is permanent and based out of our beautiful HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking. Working hours are 40 hours per week and we offer agile working whereby you can work 1 day from home.
- Processing sales orders for planting/floristry schemes from the sales team into Business Central to allow them to be ordered, installed and maintained.
- Processing cancellations, request notes and other contractual changes through to the wider business stakeholders via BC.
- Develop and constantly improve systems related to the role and team, to be more effective and efficient
- Take tasks through to completion with as little involvement from the Sales and Commercial Manager as possible – keeping them informed through reporting as necessary
- Where relevant, supporting Sales, Commercial Managers and Designers with tenders and costings for projects.

- Able to adapt to using our company CRM and ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics – Business Central)
- Not essential but a love for plants will be a bonus!
- Worked in previous sales environment
- Experience working with all standard Microsoft functionalities, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with ERP systems and/ or CRM systems would be beneficial
- Experience supporting Sales/ Business Development/ Key Account Managers
- Experience in order entry will be a bonus
