What You'll Do:

  • Manage and support Citrix and Microsoft platform infrastructure, including NetScaler, Windows Servers/Workstations, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Azure AD Connect, and Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Teams, OneDrive).

  • Maintain and troubleshoot virtualized and multi-cloud environments across VMware, AWS, and Azure, ensuring reliable performance and availability of enterprise systems.

  • Provide technical support, documentation, and operational improvements within a managed service environment, including troubleshooting multi-vendor infrastructure and contributing to automation and system standardization.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years' experience managing Citrix environment including NetScaler, Load Balancing, Director & Publishing Applications

  • 5+ years' experience managing Microsoft Platform Infrastructure such as Windows Workstations/Servers, AD/DNS, Group Policy, RADIUS/NPS, DHCP, Certificate Management, KMS Licensing, SCOM, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Hybrid, and 365 services such as Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Teams & OneDrive

  • Experience supporting VMware environments including SRM, Aria Operations

  • Experience working within a multi cloud environment across AWS & Azure

  • Experience working in a managed service provider or systems integration environment

  • Effective written & verbal communication skills

  • Ability to produce high quality documentation

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple vendor equipment

  • Experiencing working within a Managed Service Provider

Preferred:

  • Experience with Scripting & Automation

  • Experience creating & managing SOE environments for servers & workstations

  • Relevant Industry aligned certifications

  • Experience supporting Huawei, Dell & HPE hardware
