We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and consistently upholds the highest standards of quality without the need for close supervision.
What you'll do to make an impact:
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and product owners to validate requirements and ensure high quality
- delivery.
- Investigate and report bugs and performance issues.
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Assist in improving and evolving the SDLC with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
- Support test automation efforts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
- Proactively identify opportunities for testing improvement and automation.
- Maintain and track quality metrics and KPIs.
What will make you stand out:
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering with SaaS & mobile applications.
- Strong experience in manual testing with a demonstrated ability to find and isolate issues.
- 3+ years of experience using Selenium, Playwright, or similar for test automation.
- 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and working with MySQL.
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
- Proven ability to operate independently, take initiative, and get things done with minimal oversight.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done.
- Self-motivated, self-starter who can operate successfully on multiple projects simultaneously.

This position will be a remote position within the United States or Canada. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.
