As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll translate business requirements into technology solutions, work as a liaison between Business and IT, and provide technical support for system administrators.
Requirements
- Gathers, defines, and documents complex business systems requirements and processes
- Determines, documents, and communicates the impact of proposed system enhancements and changes to current business processes
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate
- Evaluates, prioritizes, and manages user acceptance testing and data validation
- Assists team in planning and installing system enhancements or new system developments
- Works with the IT department to follow change management guidelines
- Develops communications plan and training materials to improve adoption process and technology changes
