Customer Experience Agent

Pip Decks is seeking a passionate Customer Experience Agent to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support to our growing customer base.

In this role, you'll be the face of Pip Decks, interacting with customers and ensuring their needs are met with empathy, efficiency, and a touch of magic. You'll work closely with our internal teams to solve problems, share insights, and continuously improve our customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support across email, chat, and Slack
• Work flexibly across various shifts to ensure we're there when customers need us most
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems and go above and beyond for our customers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and knowledge base
• Stay curious and up-to-date with industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience

• Slack for team communication
• Shopify for order processing
• Loom for creating quick video responses
• Notion for documenting processes and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer support roles
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and in control during challenging situations
• Adaptability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, treating everyone with respect
• Eagerness to learn and grow
