Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet 60% of the requirements, women and those in underrepresented groups tend to only apply when they tick every box. About the role.

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a brand new Senior Delivery Lead to join us. You will be acting as the operational heartbeat of our Strategic Delivery Excellence pillar, partnering with the Head of Business Operations and senior stakeholders, to ensure our strategic priorities translate into pro-active, well-governed delivery plans with clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities include -

  • Own the delivery engine: Operationalise our Portfolio Delivery system as a single source of truth for all our strategic initiatives—bringing focus, accountability, simplicity and transparency to what matters most.
  • Cut through noise, drive outcomes: Collaborate to create clear delivery plans, align stakeholders, maintain momentum and ensure work is seen through to tangible business value—not just activity.
  • Make delivery fit the problem: Apply just-enough structure and governance to each initiative—balancing speed and rigour without slowing teams down with unnecessary process.
  • Spot issues early, unblock fast: Get ahead of risks, dependencies and bottlenecks—stepping in and being hands-on to keep delivery moving at pace.
  • Make delivery transparent and real: Introduce simple, honest reporting that surfaces issues early
  • Be a true partner to leadership: Work side-by-side with C-suite and senior leaders to drive clarity, accountability, and execution—coaching them to deliver better, not doing it all for them.
  • AI Led Continuous Improvement: Actively identify improvement opportunities within the Portfolio Delivery system and swiftly leveraging AI to implement these changes at scale.
