Field Service Engineer

Your role:
Field Service Engineer ensures his availability and quick response or reply to customer and internal team calls. He/She will reach customer site as per committed time and fix the system with minimum required parts (If needed). Updates Polaris/other Call Management system with status of returned materials and accounts for returns parts in time with Customer acknowledged Service Report/Installation/FCO to upload in Share point. Schedule field service repair calls and align with CCSC. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and resolves customer reported problems.

1. Experience- 3-6yrs of in multimodality experience.
2. Skills- Repairs, Corrective maintenance, Installation, FCO
3. Education- BE in Electrical, Electronic, Biomedical, instrumentation

4. Anything else-

Good interpersonal skill, customer focus.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
