At the heart of PetIQ is a profound mission to deliver a smarter way for pet parents to help their pets live their best lives. This mission is driven by a culture centered on advocacy for pet parents, ensuring they have convenient access to affordable, high-quality veterinary products and services. The company's journey began with a simple yet powerful vision from its founder, Cord Christensen, who questioned why premium pet care products weren't readily available in retail spaces. This led to the creation of a vertically-integrated company that uniquely combines manufacturing, distribution, and veterinary services, positioning PetIQ as a leader in the pet health and wellness industry. The team is united by a passion for pets and a set of core values that guide every action and decision. These values include being 'Adaptive & Agile,' constantly challenging industry norms to deliver innovative solutions, and being 'Customer Focused,' treating every pet parent with compassion and respect to exceed their expectations.

The culture at PetIQ is also defined by being 'Humble & Hungry,' a commitment to holding themselves to the highest standards and fostering continuous improvement and collaboration. This drive is complemented by a 'Results Oriented' mindset, where accountability and trust are paramount to delivering successful outcomes that support customers and enhance access to care. This ethos extends throughout the organization, from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to its vast network of community clinics and wellness centers. PetIQ believes that pets are integral members of the family who deserve the best possible care. This belief fuels their dedication to breaking down barriers to pet healthcare, making it easier and more affordable for every pet parent to provide the necessary care for their beloved companions to thrive. The company fosters a supportive, team-oriented environment where employees are encouraged to grow, innovate, and contribute to a shared goal of improving the lives of pets everywhere.
