Perficient is seeking an accomplished Executive with over 10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in directing Salesforce technology practices, business management plans, and AI+ delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global practice leadership, business development, and leading technical and professional teams. They will provide critical business strategy support and have a proven ability to direct complex, multi-million dollar, high-profile projects requiring coordination across multiple divisions and global business units. This role demands an excellent motivator with the aptitude for assessing corporate needs and delivering programs that exceed goals while adhering to budgetary guidelines at the C-Suite level.

  • Thought Leadership: Maintain and nurture industry and channel relationships, create original intellectual property (IP) such as Accelerators and Enablement Guides, and develop points of view (POVs) that support growth. You will actively contribute to marketing efforts through webinars, podcasts, blogs, and whitepapers, and present at industry and platform events.
  • Sales / Influence Revenue: Focus on large strategic accounts, leading pursuit efforts and developing solution design concepts. You will act as the "closer" for significant deals, participating actively during negotiations and finalizing engagement plans.
  • Practice Strategy: Provide a strong point of view on prescriptive global delivery, owning and enhancing the Delivery Methodology and Delivery Excellence. You will define, develop, maintain, and monitor a comprehensive practice plan, including Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and Solution Offerings.
  • Operations: Ensure quality and prescriptive delivery in all operations. You will mentor and retain key practice leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and emerging leaders, providing career development guidance and fostering the expansion of Perficient’s capabilities.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a natural executive presence with customers, advising on technology, industry solutions, and global delivery. You will develop and maintain high-level relationships on strategic accounts, facilitate crucial conversations that drive positive client outcomes, and step into troubled engagements to get them back on track.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven track record of helping to develop and grow a Salesforce practice.
  • Strong global mindset and ability to work with Global Delivery leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills and charismatic leadership.
  • Experience in pursuit leadership and securing large strategic accounts.
  • Strong point of view on prescriptive global delivery and delivery excellence.
  • Mentorship and people leadership skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to advise on technology and industry solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong Salesforce Technical foundation
  • Executive presence and Evangelist
  • Strong AI foundation with an understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agent Force
  • Strong Data Strategy foundation with an understanding of Salesforce Enterprise Data capabilities, including Data Cloud
  • Solid sales and business development experience.
  • Engaging partner and relationship builder for key accounts and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills to apply technological solutions and best practices to resolve business issues and improve efficiency.
  • Skilled in financial management strategies, including forecasting, budget setting, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% annually
  • CTA Certification is a plus

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584 to $209,800. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
