We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Sales Manager Peripheral – Italy based in Milan or Turin to join our leadership team. In this key role, you will oversee the Peripheral Vascular business in Italy, leading an already strong and motivated team to further expand our market presence and introduce breakthrough therapies.

Your Impact

  • Lead and develop a strong, experienced sales team providing strategic direction, coaching, and constructive feedback with clarity, trust, and accountability.
  • Drive strategic market development and lead successful product introductions across the Peripheral Vascular portfolio.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and distributors, ensuring sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Neurovascular Sales Manager Italy and other cross-functional teams (Marketing, Clinical, Market Development) to align strategies, share insights, and leverage synergies across therapy areas.
  • Utilize strong analytical and prioritization skills to define clear objectives, allocate resources effectively, and monitor business performance.
  • Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous development, maintaining the team’s high engagement and performance.

What you bring

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Peripheral Vascular and/or Cardiology field within the MedTech industry.
  • Proven leadership experience, including management of direct teams and ideally indirect networks (agents/distributors).
  • Demonstrated track record in strategic product introduction and market development.
  • Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, combined with independent execution and structured communication.
  • A hands-on leadership style – combining strategic oversight with active field presence and operational engagement.
  • Recognized leadership maturity: coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, showing resilience, and demonstrating composure under pressure.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
